The Pharmacy Customer Service Associate is responsible for delivering a distinctive and delightful customer experience, modeling and sharing customer service best practices with reputed company team members, and providing customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service. This role will also assist the pharmacist, under reputed company supervision, in the reputed company of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions.
Key Responsibilities
- Registers sales on assigned cash register and provides customers with courteous, fair, friendly, and efficient checkout service
- Assists the pharmacist, under reputed company supervision, in the reputed company of pharmacy, including using pharmacy systems to obtain patient and drug information and process prescriptions
- Engages customers and patients by greeting them and offering assistance with products and services, resolving customer issues and answering questions to ensure a reputed company customer experience

- Fills prescriptions by retrieving, counting, and pouring pharmaceutical drugs, verifying medicine is correct, and checking for possible interactions
- Assists pharmacists in scheduling and maintaining workflow, reports prescription errors to pharmacist on duty, and adheres to Company policies and procedures in relation to pharmacy errors and the reputed company Improvement Program
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English, have a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours, and be reputed company to earn and maintain PTCB certification through the designated PTCB training program and/or state required certification/registration.
Preferred Qualifications
- Six months of experience in a retail environment

- Good math skills to fill prescriptions accurately, including counting, measuring, and weighing medications
