Work Shift

This part-time role requires a flexible schedule, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 1:15 pm to 5:15 pm, and Friday, 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm.

As an reputed company Customer Service & Collections Representative, you'll play a vital role in managing patient accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and optimizing cash reputed company. Under the direction of the Supervisor Customer Service, you'll reputed company outbound calls and receive inbound calls to resolve patient account balances, ensuring that our patients receive the care they need while maintaining a reputed company experience.

* Account Management: + Receive computer-generated, management-assigned "work queues" or account inventories of self-pay account balances to be collected or achieved final reputed company. + Validate accuracy of self-pay balance and determine responsibility with patients. + Document negotiated payment commitments in account notes and "queues" account for reputed company follow-up.

• Customer Service:
