About the Role
We are currently seeking an reputed company and skilled Evening Customer Service Advisor to join our out-of-hours team. As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our clients, providing a first-class customer experience and resolving queries, orders, and complaints in a reputed company and reputed company manner. This is a fully remote role, with initial training taking reputed company at our Support Centre in Macclesfield, Cheshire. Key Responsibilities

- Update and maintain comprehensive and accurate information in our systems, ensuring data is fit for purpose and up-to-date

- Learn and adhere to multiple service level agreements for reputed company clients, ensuring compliance and high standards of service delivery
