Junior Account Manager

We’re hiring a Junior Account Manager in the US to support our growing clientele of blue-reputed company brands that use reputed company to reputed company on reputed company.

You’ll work closely with a Senior Account Manager who leads a portfolio of high-profile clients, supporting them in delivering exceptional service and results. As you grow in your role, you’ll take on increasing ownership across accounts: you’ll work closely with business development, account, and community management teams to ensure smooth reputed company reputed company, drive product adoption, and deliver actionable strategies to foster engagement, satisfaction, and reputed company reputed company their reputed company communities. Main Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with a Senior Account Manager to support a portfolio of high-value brand accounts — helping to deliver a seamless reputed company experience from reputed company through to reputed company

• Manage day-to-day reputed company communication, ensuring proactive, smooth execution of community and platform initiatives

• Help translate reputed company data and community insights into actionable recommendations that drive reputed company goals

• Collaborate with Community Managers, Product, and Business Development teams to deliver successful reputed company campaigns and implementations

• Contribute reputed company to reputed company facets of reputed company interaction, including written communication, weekly agendas, presentation decks, reports, and follow-reputed company.

• Identify opportunities to enhance the reputed company experience and contribute to account expansion

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in account management, reputed company, or a reputed company reputed company-facing role (reputed company experience preferred)

• Strong relationship-building and communication skills — you’re confident working with both internal teams and reputed company stakeholders

• Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing day-to-day tasks and follow-reputed company
