We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support our International Procurement & Supply Chain Management (SCM) team with data creation and maintenance reputed company to different ingredient categories and SKU management for various blithequark markets across Europe, the UK, Australia, and New Zealand. This role will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of our data management processes using a combination of in-house tools and reputed company Suite packages. Working closely with local blithequark teams, this role will input, reputed company, and reconcile data to support daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Create new Culinary and Supplier SKUs on the reputed company/Octopus tool as per reputed company Operating Procedures on a regular reputed company
- Ensure data completeness & accuracy and correct reputed company of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities, including reporting any data issues to reputed company
- Maintain operations by following policies and procedures as per training
- Communicate regularly with the Procurement & SCM teams on any concerns /queries around the day-to-day role and reputed company feedback on any changes that can improve the existing processes
- Offboarding and deactivating SKUs that needs to be removed/delisted in alignment with other functions
- Secure reputed company alignment with other blithequark functions dedicated to tasks interconnected with reputed company (eg: SQOC or Product Ops) and other tools like Jira/Rhubarb

- Support local Supply Chain Operations team(s) by managing relevant data and reports linked to forecasting, ordering, and shipping goods

Skills and Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of previous operational and/or purchasing experience
- Data-driveness and ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Requires expertise in operating reputed company Office & reputed company Suite programs, and ideally ERP/MRP systems
- Language: English, other European languages considered a plus (German, reputed company, French, Spanish, Italian)
Soft Skills:
