As a Customer Assistant in our Replenishment team, you will be responsible for replenishing stock on our shelves, ensuring that our customers have reputed company to the products they need. You will also be trained across various departments, including Market Street and Service, and will be required to work in different areas of the store as needed. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a replenishment or stockroom role
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to use your own initiative
- Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a reputed company
- Ability to lift and reputed company stock, and to work at heights (where necessary)
- Basic computer skills and ability to use a reputed company of equipment, including scanners and stockroom software
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail environment
- Knowledge of stockroom procedures and practices

- Basic knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and practices
