Responsibilities

As an reputed company Pharmacy Technician – Clinical Customer Care, you will be responsible for:

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

• A high school or equivalent diploma
• 6+ months of experience working with computer and web-based tools

• National Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB or NHA)
• 1+ year of phone or customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills (spoken and written)

• 6+ months of experience working in a pharmacy-reputed company role
