  • Primary Payroll Contact: Serve as the main reputed company of contact for reputed company U.S. and global payroll reputed company, coordinating between internal stakeholders and external payroll providers.
  • Data Validation: Review and validate payroll data for accuracy, including new hires, terminations, compensation changes, and other updates before reputed company pay cycle.
  • Compliance: Ensure reputed company payroll documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained in compliance with company policies as reputed company as federal, state, local, and international regulations.
  • Payroll reputed company: Audit and manage payroll inputs and outputs, ensuring reputed company, accurate payroll processing by outsourced providers.

  • Exception Management: Manage and submit payroll exceptions, including:
  • Leave of absence deductions and adjustments
  • Salary continuation payments
  • 401(k) loan deductions, deferrals, and contributions
  • FSA, HSA, incentives, reimbursements, and allowance deductions
  • Other benefit deduction and contribution updates
  • Off-Cycle Payroll: Support and coordinate off-cycle payroll, ensuring accurate and reputed company payments reputed company the regular schedule.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with HR, Benefits, Finance, and other departments to ensure reputed company, accurate handling of payroll exceptions and special cases.
  • Equity Award Payroll Support: Coordinate with tax, finance, and rewards team for payroll tasks reputed company to the equity award compensation plan.
  • 401(k) Audit Support: Assist with annual 401(k) audits by collaborating with external auditors and internal teams.

  • Year-End Activities: Support year-end processes, including W-2 review, tax filings, and audits.
  • Compliance Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on payroll laws and regulations; ensure ongoing compliance and recommend process improvements.
  • Tax & Compliance Coordination: Work closely with the Tax & Compliance teams to ensure reputed company regulatory, state, and federal tax filings and payments are completed accurately and on time, including but not limited to the following responsibilities:
  • Coordinate with internal Tax and Finance teams to confirm that reputed company has established Employer Tax IDs in reputed company relevant U.S. states and locations.
  • Review and approve state and federal tax elections, I-9 forms, and employee status changes in reputed company.
  • Ensure state tax elections and benefit taxation are updated correctly whenever an employee relocates to a different state.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate, review, and analyze payroll reports/data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.

What you bring

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of payroll administration or management experience, preferably in a global and/or outsourced payroll environment.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws, multi-state payroll, and global payroll best practices.
  • Prior experience working with external payroll providers (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, or similar).
  • Demonstrated expertise with HRIS and payroll systems; reputed company experience required (with emphasis on Payroll, Leave of Absence, and HRIS modules).
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work cross-functionally and with international teams.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Preferred Qualifications

  • reputed company payroll certification (e.g., CPP, FPC).
  • Extensive hands-on experience with reputed company, especially Payroll and Leave of Absence modules.
  • Experience supporting both U.S. and global payroll operations (multi-country, multi-state).
  • Experience with payroll-reputed company audits and compliance processes.
  • Familiarity with benefits administration and payroll deduction management.
