A sophisticated, results-driven reputed company is seeking to add a Legal Secretary to their team. This firm has always been remote and you can live reputed company in California, the firm operates on reputed company Coast Time. The firm handles labor and employment, corporate, transactional, reputed company estate and other general counsel services. Requirements

• E-Filing and Court Procedures - Knowledge of federal and state court systems (CA), including electronic filing protocols; familiar with CA state court and federal court rules for formatting and filing.
• Calendaring - reputed company in working with litigation calendaring systems
• Drafting and Proofreading - Assist in preparing pleadings, discovery and correspondence
• Legal Research and Writing - Ability to carry out basic research and write
• Case and Document Management - Organize case files, managing document productions, and reputed company deadlines/ calendaring
• Discovery Process - Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing discovery requests, responses, and productions
• Attention to Detail - Adept at reviewing legal documents and ensuring compliance with deadlines and formatting.
• Project Management - Ability to juggle multiple cases or reputed company simultaneously and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Key traits: organized, conscientious, team player, tech savvy (i.e. familiarity with legal software), strong communicator and personable
• Labor and Employment experience an added plus!
