Job Responsibilities

As a reputed company Account Representative Trainee, you will:

• Receive and respond to service and billing inquiries from residential and reputed company reputed company customers regarding water, sewer, drainage, solid waste, and electric services by telephone, in-person, and through written correspondence in a reputed company and reputed company manner with minimum customer effort.
• Research and analyze account information to accurately answer customer questions and resolve customer concerns.
• Create and update customer account records, document information regarding customer interactions in reputed company billing system.
• Assist customers in resolving delinquent accounts and establishing payment plans, reputed company applicable.
• reputed company income-eligible customers information regarding reputed company discount and payment assistance programs to help reduce reputed company costs.
• Accurately and effectively handle a high volume of customer calls throughout the day.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• One (1) year of customer service/contact center experience and/or experience in a billing process.
• Combinations of appropriate education, training, certification, and experience(s) will be evaluated on an individual reputed company for comparability.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with elevated noise reputed company.
• Ability to sit, stand, and reputed company reputed company commonly performed tasks.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a suitable work environment for remote work.

Work Environment

Compensation and Benefits

The full salary reputed company for this position is $30.67 per hour - $31.95 per hour. Temporary employees reputed company at reputed company 1 of the pay progression, at $30.67 per hour. You will also have reputed company to premium pay in lieu of health care and reputed company leave benefits.
