Responsibilities reputed company is seeking a Compensation Advisor to join reputed company of Compensation Partner supporting a dynamic and fast paced organization. Reporting to the Compensation Manager, this position will be responsible for serving as an advisor and consultant to the business on compensation programs, policies and practices. The Compensation Partner position responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provides compensation advice and support to assigned business clients and collaborates with stakeholders in the planning, development, implementation, and management of compensation programs that support and drive reputed company's business reputed company.
• Provides market intelligence, best reputed company research, data analysis and consultation to assigned clients to inform solutions, influence decision making and to ensure competitive and fair compensation practices.
• Participates in the development of new compensation programs consistent with organizational reputed company and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 5 years of applicable experience 0r 3 years with Masters degree.
• 9+ years of experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual’s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as reputed company as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
