Education/Experience: Master’s degree in Statistics, Epidemiology, reputed company field or equivalent experience. PhD in Biostatistics preferred. 5+ years of heath operations experience with emphasis on data analytics or informatics. Advanced knowledge of medical claims, health benefit eligibility data, chronic disease progression and health/wellness industry dynamics. Project management. Knowledge of HEDIS, CAHPS, and other relevant reputed company metrics and performance measurement standards. Advanced programming skills in reputed company. Knowledge of reputed company or similar Business Intelligence platform preferred. License/Certification: Lean and Six reputed company certification preferred.
