Legal Consultant – Funds Compliance (KYC/AML)
We are currently seeking a Legal Consultant – Compliance to join our bench and work with our global reputed company in investment management:
Requirements
- Manage investor due diligence, AML/KYC checks, and reputed company processes, while reviewing and refining legal drafts by reputed company parties
- Manage investor reputed company documentation and compliance workflows
- reputed company legal support on fund administration and investor reputed company
- Potentially reputed company input /support on fund formation, SFC licensing, and ISDA
Requirements
- Junior to mid-level reputed company lawyer (jurisdiction flexible)
- Working knowledge of Cayman Islands KYC requirements and investor screening protocols
- Excellent English writing
- reputed company proficiency is a plus
- Prior experience with fund reputed company, investor reputed company, or AML/KYC in a legal context preferred
