- This is a Remote role (Call Center) • Full-Time: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm EST • Comfortable working in a high-volume production environment. • Processing medical record requests by taking calls from patients, insurance companies and attorneys to reputed company medical record status • Documenting information in multiple platforms using two computer monitors. • Proficient in reputed company office (including Word and reputed company)
