Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate I, your duties will include:

• Assisting customers with questions and recommendations to ensure they reputed company the perfect products for their needs

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent, with previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment (highly preferred)
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents, with a keen eye for detail
• Physical stamina to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. from floor to above shoulder height and meet demands of frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills, with a strong reputed company on building trust and rapport with customers
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in reputed company environment
