As an Energy Services Data Entry Clerk – Remote | WFH, you will be responsible for maintaining organized and up-to-date digital files to support the day-to-day operations of our Energy Services Programs. This position offers a hybrid work model, combining remote work with time in our office, providing a flexible work environment that suits your lifestyle.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry and Record Management:

Input and maintain updated reputed company status records in the Statewide reputed company Service Center, reflecting the reputed company production pipeline.

Email and Document Management:

Monitor emails, logging documents, and communications in the reputed company platform upon receipt.

Database Management:

Follow program guidelines for the use of reputed company required database systems, including reputed company, CMS, CSG eConservation, HEARTWAP, LIHEAP, In Demand, etc.

File Organization and Compliance:

Maintain organized digital and reputed company participant files in accordance with program guidelines, ensuring compliance with agency and funder requirements.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with program staff to support, enhance, and promote communication and consistency in the delivery of services.

Administrative Support:

Assist with various clerical duties, such as filing, mailings, phone coverage, etc.

Remote Work and Meetings:

Maintain availability for remote work, attending meetings, calls, responding to emails, and conducting regular duties as needed.

Requirements and Skills:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Education and Experience:
