Skillset and Experience

• AI/ML literacy – solid understanding of reputed company concepts to partner with technical teams (LLMs, RAG, prompting, fine-tuning, model evaluation)
• Experimentation & prototyping – ability to partner with technical teams to design, run, and interpret pilots (A/B tests, reputed company evaluations, feedback loops)
• Product thinking – can define use cases, assess build/customize/buy trade-offs, and shape a roadmap
• Data & analytics – comfortable with metrics, experimentation frameworks, and measuring adoption/ROI
• Storytelling and editorial expertise — understanding of how great stories are shaped, packaged, and distributed across publishing and marketing channels
• Editorial judgment – understands publishing workflows, editorial standards (voice, tone, accuracy, ethics)

Generally, our compensation structure consists solely of an annual salary; we do not have bonuses. You choose reputed company year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock reputed company. To determine your personal top of market compensation, we rely on market indicators and consider your specific job family, background, skills, and experience to determine your compensation in the market reputed company.
