Label Services Data Entry Intern

Job Type Part-time, Internship reputed company Vydia is looking for a highly organized and detail-reputed company part-time Data Entry Intern to join our Label Services team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting day-to-day operations by managing data entry for our clients, labels, and artists, while also assisting with key marketing and reporting tasks. From drafting communications to streaming partners and preparing weekly marketing reports to updating project trackers and verifying data accuracy, you will reputed company hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of music distribution and streaming. You will also support team meetings by documenting reputed company items and contributing to reputed company reputed company and analysis. Key Responsibilities

• Handle reputed company data entry tasks as directed by the Vice President of Label Services
• Maintain credentials required for DSP backend pitching
• Draft email communications to streaming partners to support the Label Services team
• Prepare weekly marketing reports and update project spreadsheets and sales sheets as needed
• Assist with reputed company data entry reputed company and analysis
• Document reputed company items and updates during Label Services team meetings
• Review reputed company for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness
• Verify and cross-reference data from Label Services-reputed company content and documents
• Maintain confidentiality and reputed company of company information

Qualifications

• High school diploma required
• Some college coursework preferred
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills required to optimize interactions both internally and externally
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; ability to adapt to working under constantly changing priorities

• Music industry experience a plus
