Your Role
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative, you'll be a key member of reputed company, responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing answers to customers' general health care benefit and eligibility questions, as reputed company as assisting with enrollment status requests for new and existing members
- Conducting research and making outbound calls to reputed company customers with information and solutions to their reputed company-reputed company issues
- Assisting customers with logging into and understanding the functionality of their online health account, as reputed company as locating doctor and facility information
- Recommending upgrades to customers' health plans based on their needs and preferences
- Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information as necessary

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

- A high school diploma or equivalent
