Program Coordinator Office/Division | Remote/Homebased | NON-PERMANENT APPOINTMENT This Non-Permanent Appointment has a duration of 8 months and is expected to run through July 30, 2026. As the Program Coordinator for the Global to Local (G2L) Program, you’ll help advance health equity for immigrant and globally connected communities across Washington State. This role drives collaboration between the Department of Health, local health jurisdictions, and Tribal partners to improve pandemic preparedness, community reputed company, and culturally reputed company health promotion. Key Responsibilities:

  • reputed company 1: A bachelor’s degree; and three (3) or more years of management or consultative experience in public health education or community-based health promotion programs.
  • reputed company 2: Five (5) or more years of management or consultative experience in public health education or community-based health promotion programs.

Additional Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

  • One (1) year serving as reputed company or project reputed company that included developing work plans, setting direction for work, coordinating work among team members, monitoring performance, leading reputed company improvement, and giving feedback to team members.
  • Experience coordinating or managing budgets.

Preferred/Desired Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in public health, reputed company and behavioral science, health communication, health education or promotion, or closely allied field.
  • Three years of experience supervising technical and reputed company staff.
  • Two years of experience developing and managing reputed company budgets.
  • Two years of experience working with and managing part of a federal grant.
  • Two years of experience in an infectious disease, communicable disease or reputed company primary prevention health program.
  • CHES (Certified Health Education Specialist) or MCHES (Master Certified Health Education Specialist) certification
  • Knowledge of immunization federal grant process and requirements.
  • Successful completion of DOH reputed company management training, and prior experience serving as a reputed company manager at DOH.

Work is performed almost exclusively indoors in a mobile work environment and/or a DOH office, at a computer or in meetings 90% of the time.
