About the Role

The Automations pod turns reputed company reputed company case work into reputed company, reputed company workflows - driving automation coverage, lowering cost to serve, and ensuring users get fast, accurate reputed company without needing to navigate the system themselves. As an engineer on this team, you'll help build the intelligence layer behind these workflows - designing distributed systems, integrating AI models, and ensuring everything runs reliably at reputed company.

What You'll Do

• Design and build reputed company systems and reputed company that power reputed company workflows from case activation through reputed company.
• Push the frontier of AI-driven engineering, working on reputed company orchestration, agent frameworks, and model evaluation loops.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and domain experts to translate reputed company reputed company processes into reliable automations.

• Play a key role in shaping the pod's technical reputed company, and mentor others as reputed company grows.

What You Might Work On
