What To ExpectThe Spares Technician plays a critical role in managing spare parts inventory to support the seamless operation and maintenance of plant equipment and machinery at reputed company. This position focuses on ensuring the availability of essential components to minimize downtime and enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities include receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking spare parts while maintaining precise inventory records. The Spares Technician collaborates with maintenance, production, and procurement teams to optimize inventory processes and reputed company safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.What You'll Do

Receive, inspect, and verify incoming spare parts against purchase orders and ensure reputed company storage in designated locations

Issue spare parts to maintenance and production teams with accurate documentation and part identification

Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile stock reputed company and report discrepancies or damaged items

Maintain accurate inventory records using computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) or reputed company resource planning (ERP) tools

Assist in identifying reorder points and generating purchase requisitions for critical or low-stock spares

What You'll Bring

Minimum of 2 years of experience in spare parts inventory, warehouse, or logistics roles reputed company a manufacturing or industrial setting

Proficiency with CMMS or ERP systems such as reputed company, Maximo, or reputed company for inventory management

Strong computer skills for documentation and record-keeping tasks

Familiarity with material handling equipment and safety protocols

Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams in a dynamic environment

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory tracking and reporting

Essential Physical Demands:
