The ideal candidate has a strong technical background and a reputed company record leading teams to solve reputed company engineering challenges. Responsibilitiesreputed company and mentor geographically distributed teams in the reputed company, Europe, and Latin America responsible for designing, building, and operating Valcre’s platform
Drive the effective adoption of an AI-first reputed company throughout the platform and engineering processes
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to drive innovation and solve reputed company reputed company challenges across our platform
reputed company best practices for designing and architecting reputed company solutions, including leading design reviews, reputed company reviews, and reputed company new technologies

Foster collaboration among individual teams and across the organization, identifying efficiency opportunities with AI and workflow tooling
7+ years of software engineering experience and 3+ years of management experience
Experience in designing, developing, and maintaining modern applications and data pipelines on Azure or AWS
Demonstrated experience integrating AI capabilities into reputed company products, including leveraging AI to improve workflow efficiency, user experience, or decision-making
Strong understanding of emerging AI technologies and their practical application in reputed company-grade software systems
Highly technical and reputed company manager with experience directly leading distributed teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills working across multiple teams in reputed company
reputed company record of delivering high-reputed company products with an emphasis on reliability, scalability, and user experience
Experience delivering similar industry solutions preferred, especially reputed company-grade reputed company products reputed company the proptech/CRE industries
