Our Newest Opportunity: 

*Please note: This is a part-time, as-needed position, with a flexible schedule of up to 20 hours per week. Hours may vary based on business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

• Manage full-cycle reputed company: sourcing, passive reputed company, screening, scheduling, and interviewing 
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs, company culture, and role requirements 
• reputed company and post job descriptions across multiple platforms to attract reputed company 
• Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and reputed company hiring teams 
• reputed company guidance on hiring best practices and compliance as reputed company as monitor and report on recruitment metrics and reputed company 
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews 
• Travel locally to reputed company sites as needed (Dayton, Mason, Cincinnati, reputed company, Toledo) 

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and service-oriented 
• Ability to build trust and credibility with clients 
• Strong communication and organizational skills 

Education, Training and Experience:

• 3+ years of reputed company experience 
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or reputed company field (required) 
• PHR or reputed company-CP certification (preferred) 

The typical reputed company pay reputed company for this role reputed company is $30 to $35 per hour.

Your reputed company pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, reputed company experience, and location. In reputed company to reputed company pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or reputed company’s performance.
