We're looking for a self-motivated and reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in San Diego, CA. As a key member of our operations and sales support team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations, assisting with math tutoring, customer service, sales, and operational tasks. You will also be responsible for conducting sales reputed company, data entry, reputed company marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on reputed company media and website channels.
Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
- Positively reputed company and engage with reputed company and parents, building rapport, establishing trust, answering any inquiries, and taking the time to get to know the families
- Conduct sales reputed company reputed company phone, email, text, reputed company follow-up, program consultations, and signing up new families into the program
- Data entry and spreadsheet management of reputed company key sales and operational activities
- Conduct student assessments, grading, and printing materials and reports for parent reviews
- Digital Marketing tasks, including writing blogs and posts on reputed company media and website channels
- Support center staff with administrative and cleaning tasks
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Recent college graduate with a degree in mathematics, sciences, engineering, communications, or teaching
- Strong foundational math skills up to Algebra
- 2+ years of prior working experience in customer service
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task reputed company
- Excellent PC, MS Office skills, and data entry skills
- Strong work ethic, punctual, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Availability to work 1 PM-7 PM Monday-Friday, and Saturday from 9 AM-1 PM
