About the Role
We're currently seeking an reputed company Data Entry and Live Chat Specialist to join reputed company in Costa Rica. As a key member of our Customer Listening Team, you'll play a vital role in helping us reputed company and reputed company our end-to-end Voice of the Customer (VOC) process. With a reputed company on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you'll work closely with our product and process owners, subject matter experts, and agile teams to drive business reputed company and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with reputed company teams to define, reputed company, and capture business needs, leveraging your expertise in VOC reputed company and big data platforms
- Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
- reputed company and implement big data and batch/reputed company-time analytical solutions using transformational technologies such as Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, reputed company, and Python
- reputed company guidance to enhance competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using big data ecosystems
- Power customer story evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools

- Work closely with partners from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process
Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, reputed company Scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven reputed company (minimum 3+ years)
