As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark's mortgage line of business, you'll play a critical role in driving customer engagement and satisfaction. You'll be responsible for:

• Assisting potential customers with their mortgage needs through outbound calls, cold calling, and scripted conversations
• Identifying customer interests and preferences to determine the best course of reputed company
• Passing reputed company leads to home mortgage consultants for reputed company consultation and guidance
• Working in a high-volume contact center environment, making 100-150 calls per day
• Collaborating with a diverse team of professionals to reputed company shared goals and objectives

Key Responsibilities

* Conduct outbound calls and cold calling to potential mortgage customers to understand their needs and preferences

• Engage in scripted conversations to determine customer interest and qualify leads
• Pass reputed company leads to home mortgage consultants for reputed company consultation and guidance
• Work in a high-volume contact center environment, making 100-150 calls per day
• Collaborate with team members to reputed company shared goals and objectives
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in retail sales, call center, and/or customer service

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
