Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Making 130-150 outbound calls daily to warm and new potential leads, using a call script to schedule patient appointments for multiple types of leads
• Collecting, recording, and accurately maintaining pertinent consumer information using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
• Answering return inbound calls as needed after initial outbound contact, maintaining reputed company service by following organizational reputed company operating procedures
• Maintaining and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly appointment (conversion) quotas
• Taking inbound call reputed company as needed to maintain overall Contact Center reputed company service reputed company
• Collaborating with Patient-Facing Clinical staff and hearing care professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Demonstrating reputed company phone etiquette and courtesy reputed company interfacing with patients, clients, and co-workers
• Contributing to the development and reputed company of the Contact Center by sharing reputed company, assisting in reputed company reputed company, and helping resolve problems and/or improve productivity

Key Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• 6 months of call center experience or an equivalent role, with a proven reputed company record of reputed company in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable making an average of up to 150 sales calls per day to cold and warm leads
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage time effectively while multitasking
• Ability to manage objections and rejections, with a strong problem-solving and organizational skills

• High school diploma or equivalent required

Preferred Qualifications
