The Job

As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll have reputed company to deliver legendary ski experiences to our guests in the Vail Valley. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Interacting with our customers by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations
• Offering our support service throughout their stay
• Picking up equipment after their final day on the mountain
• Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our shop
• Restocking vans with extra equipment
• Answering and making calls to our customers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Physical stamina to lift and carry equipment
• Basic ski tuning and maintenance skills (training provided)
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company
• Flexibility to work a reputed company of shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment

• Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment and maintenance
