As a Remote Chat Service Agent at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our customers through multiple channels, including chat and mobile messaging. You will work independently to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and resolve customer inquiries while building strong relationships with our customers. Key Responsibilities
- Independently troubleshoot, problem-solve, and resolve customer service inquiries while building a relationship with the customer
