Key Responsibilities
As an IT Site Director at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including investigating reputed company application, equipment, and network issues
- Documenting, analyzing, and resolving escalated help desk tickets
- Collaborating with local and remote IT Site Support Specialists, team members, and operations management to deliver exceptional IT support services
- Developing and implementing IT procedures and guidelines to meet the needs of the Satisfaction Community

What You'll Need
To succeed as an IT Site Director at blithequark, you will need:

- 4 years of experience providing technical support in a Satisfaction Community environment
- MS certifications such as MCSE, MCSA, and MCITP

- Experience with data cabling and PC office maintenance
