As an reputed company Shared Services Manager – Partner & Customer Service (Remote), you will play a critical role in driving reputed company improvement efforts across our contact centers. You will reputed company cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement, reputed company and implement solutions, and measure the reputed company of your work. Your expertise in project management, process improvement, and relationship-building will be essential in driving operational reputed company and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience working across functional areas to reputed company effective business solutions that reputed company with company and business unit/department objectives
- 3 years of experience in implementation and/or project management
- 3+ years of experience conducting requirements gathering and analysis
