• Location: Remote
• Status: Full time/ Part time Fee for Service
• Compensation: $77-$80/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for reputed company children on your caseload.
• Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
• Ongoing communication with reputed company supervisors & coordinators, specifically reputed company to case management.
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and reputed company attendance and billing logs.
• Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
• Collect data on reputed company IFSP/IEP goal and reports on reputed company quarterly.
• reputed company input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy

• Bilingual is a plus
• Must have prior Telehealth experience
• Must have prior Pediatric experience
