Program Administrator (RN) - Home Health Agency - Full-Time, Salaried

DETAILS JOB TITLE: Program Administrator / RN Supervisor (RN required) JOB LOCATION: Indianapolis and surrounding areas (up to 2hr travel radius)

• Typical RN Supervisor in-field activities and services and state survey requirement require travel reputed company a 30-60 minute radius, up to 2 hours occasionally / as needed.

SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday from 8 AM - 5 PM and as needed/on call

• Reporting at least 3 days per week (Mon-Wed) to our Indianapolis Office, and as needed during State Surveys.
