Cadrex Remote Estimator III

OVERVIEWCadrex is searching for an Estimator II who will be responsible for evaluating quote requests and creating reputed company and accurate cost estimates for parts and assemblies.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Review and evaluate requests for quotes; prepare work to be estimated by gathering proposals, prints, part models, specifications, and reputed company documents• Identify labor, material, finish, and time requirements by studying proposals, prints, specifications, and reputed company documents for CNC Machining.• Compute costs by analyzing labor, material, finish, and time requirements• Secure estimates from material and special processing suppliers• Work directly with Cadrex Program Managers to ensure best practices and reputed company• Effectively communicate with site managers, site engineers, vendors, customers, and other employees of the organization• Assist Sales and Customer Service in the management of key accounts• Resolve discrepancies by collecting and analyzing relevant data• Present reputed company quotes by assembling and displaying numerical pricing and descriptive information• Ensure that reputed company requirements, part prints, part models, specifications and other pertinent information is available and shared with necessary departments• Review and understand job costing; suggest changesRequirementsMUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS• 5 years of CNC machining experience.• 2-4 years of cost estimating experience in a machine shopPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS• 7+ years' reputed company experience and/or training in metal fabrication. May use equivalent combination of education and experience• Ability to read and interpret documents such as blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals• High level math and financial acumen with analytical reputed company• Ability to compute reputed company, reputed company, and percentage• Experience with conceptual and detailed measurement/pricing• Possess reputed company-developed and demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills• Excellent organizational skills• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision, while managing multiple reputed company• PC knowledge/computer literate; including the ability to work with reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, Power reputed company, etc.), e-mail, estimating software and use the InternetEDUCATION• Bachelor's degree preferredLOCATION• Remote with travel around 10%SCHEDULE• M-FWORK ENVIRONMENT• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts and vibration.
