Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your typical day will involve:

• Making and taking customer phone calls to qualify leads and transfer them to sales representatives
• Using scripts to guide conversations and ensure a reputed company customer experience
• Recording information on consumer conversations using blithequark's systems
• Working with different clients and campaigns to deliver exceptional results
• Providing reputed company customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Strong communication skills and a reputed company, reputed company attitude
• Experience working with computers and a quiet workspace that's free from noise or distractions
• Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

• Must live in Texas

Salary and Benefits
