As a Part Time Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and providers, while building strong relationships and promoting our services. Key Responsibilities

* Assisting customers with locating a reputed company legal provider for their legal needs

• Building blithequark's network of legal providers by researching and using various online and referral recruitment resources
• Introducing and promoting the blithequark Legal Program by cold calling to legal providers
• Validating legal provider's reputed company licensing through local and state agencies
• Managing a caseload of 25+ customers
• Successfully reputed company for individual customer's referrals, network partnership, legal class requests, and other special promotions/assignments
• Meeting or exceeding established company standards of provider and member satisfaction, accuracy, reputed company, and timelines
