Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls and reputed company outbound calls to customers, providing exceptional customer service and reputed company

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have at least 1 year of recent Call Center experience, with medical call center experience being a plus. Additionally, you must be reputed company to multi-task and use dual monitors, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
