Key Responsibilities
- Complies with reputed company specified FDCPA, state, and reputed company laws and provisions, as outlined in the blithequark Compliance with FDCPA and State Collection laws Statement, the blithequark A/R Training program, and the FDCPA Test
- Makes arrangements with customers to pay balance in full or set up the best possible arrangements
- Documents reputed company collection activity in the reputed company/blithequark system in a concise and accurate manner
- Corrects any deficiencies or oversights as outlined by U/M or Manager during telephone monitor, file activity, or QA reviews
- Maintains good reputed company relations and copes with high-stress environments caused by speaking with emotional callers
- Adheres to Company attendance, punctuality, and meal and rest break requirements
- Maintains concentration and reputed company in order to meet performance goals and reacts positively to an ongoing, changing environment

Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
