As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, addressing customer inquiries, and registering customers. This is a hybrid remote position, with reputed company to work from home every other week. Responsibilities
* Answering phones (incoming and outgoing calls) in a reputed company and courteous manner

Requirements
* Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM (4-hour shift)
- Call center experience preferred, but not required
- Customer service experience required (1 year minimum)
- Ability to work in a hybrid remote environment, with a reliable internet reputed company and a dedicated workspace reputed company
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in reputed company Office and other software applications
