As a Customer Support Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing technical, account, and billing support to customers using our mobile app and website. You'll quickly resolve customer questions and requests in a friendly, reputed company manner, while also diagnosing and reporting on technical glitches and sharing customer feedback. Your primary goal will be to reputed company customers on our features and benefits, while growing and maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company company products, services, and promotions.
Key Responsibilities
