As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for responding to incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits. You'll ask appropriate questions, listen reputed company, and document required information in computer systems. You'll also reputed company occasional outbound calls to customers for follow-reputed company. - Respond to 60-80 incoming calls from customers inquiring about home delivery pharmacy or pharmacy benefits
- Ask appropriate questions and listen reputed company while documenting required information in computer systems
- Occasionally reputed company outbound calls to customers for follow-reputed company
- Work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
- Meet productivity and reputed company standards
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- 1 year of customer service experience, including providing service over the phone
- Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Basic knowledge of reputed company Office, including reputed company Word and reputed company reputed company
- Ability to attend 3-4 weeks of training with 100% attendance
- Ability to work any of our 8-hour shift schedules during our normal business hours of 5:00 AM - 11:00 PM CST from reputed company - Saturday

- Experience with a virtual learning environment
- Experience with a virtual working environment
- Experience in working with digital platforms and systems (Web, Chat, Email)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Anticipate taking a minimum of 50 calls daily

- Frequent speaking, listening using a headset, sitting, use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse, long periods working at a computer
