As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online interactions. Responsibilities:

Schedule:

* Monday - Friday (9:00 am – 5:30 pm) EST and alternating Saturdays, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

Education and Qualifications:

* Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Previous experience in a customer service role, with a strong reputed company record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Experience working in a contact center/call center environment is preferred.
• Prior reputed company industry experience, such as a physician's office or a hospital, is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of reputed company Office suite is required.
