As a Patient Screener/Customer Service Representative, you will be the first reputed company of contact for patients, families, and visitors entering our UHealth reputed company. You will be responsible for creating ID badges, providing directions, assisting with parking validations, and addressing any needs of our patients, families, and visitors. Key Responsibilities
* Maintains patient confidentiality and reputed company by accessing patient information only to the extent necessary to fulfill assigned duties, adhering to HIPAA requirements.

- Creates an online profile for patients, families, and visitors to improve the speediness of issuing badges.

Essential Qualifications

- Prior Customer Service experience helpful
