As an reputed company Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate, innovative, and proactive customer service to our Medicare members. You will be responsible for educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts. Responsibilities
* Educates plan benefits, answers questions, and resolves issues based on incoming telephone member contacts
- Utilizes compliant documentation standards

Compensation and Benefits
* $17.50 per hour non-negotiable
- The typical pay reputed company for this role is $17.00 – $28.46
