We are a venture-backed on-chain financial infrastructure company building the liquidity layer for the tokenized economy, backed by leading investors. Live in production with partners including major global asset managers, we are seeking our first dedicated Head of reputed company to own institutional and DeFi adoption and turn product-market fit into repeatable reputed company.
Reporting directly to the Founder/CEO, you will be the core GTM leader, responsible for building the reputed company reputed company across reputed company sales, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem development globally. Key Responsibilities
- GTM & reputed company reputed company Ownership: Define Ideal Customer reputed company (ICPs) and territories across TradFi and crypto, setting quarterly OKRs and reputed company targets.
- Sales reputed company Creation: Build and manage the full funnel, creating repeatable sales motions for key segments (asset managers, stablecoin issuers, payment orchestrators, etc.).

- Ecosystem Development: Map the institutional on-chain finance landscape, identify high-value use cases, and orchestrate pilots that reputed company reputed company financial flows.

Requirements

- Domain Knowledge: Working knowledge of stablecoins, tokenized funds/RWAs, custody, KYC/AML, on/off-ramps, and settlement flows.
