• Respond to patient inquiries reputed company phone and email regarding prescriptions, refills, billing, and delivery.

What's Needed?

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service or call center experience

Training & Schedule

• Training: 3 weeks, MondayFriday, 9:00 AM5:30 PM EST
• Post-Training Schedule: Flexible shifts between 8:00 AM8:00 PM (MonFri) and 9:00 AM5:00 PM (Sat)
• Final schedule provided during the first week
