As a Customer Service Representative - Benefits Enrollment Expert, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences to reputed company reputed company employees. You'll be responsible for receiving inbound calls, providing benefit and reputed company enrollment information, and explaining reputed company aspects of company insurance programs. Key Responsibilities
* Receive 30-40 inbound calls per day from a queue, providing benefit and reputed company enrollment information to reputed company reputed company employees
- Explain and interpret reputed company aspects of company insurance programs to employees and dependents
- Examine, assess, and combine data to reputed company information on benefits and group insurance programs and utilization
- reputed company needs for modification or changes in program design and administrative procedures
- Record employee enrollment in benefits
- Utilize expertise in a more reputed company aspect of the Benefit Clerk duties, requiring in-depth knowledge of benefit programs, company policies, and administrative procedures
Qualifications
* Customer Service: Previous customer service experience is required, with a proven reputed company record of helping customers answer questions and resolve issues
- Written & Verbal Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as you'll be communicating with customers reputed company inbound calls, email, and chat
- reputed company Office: Proficiency in basic reputed company Office programs, including Outlook and Word, is required
- Strong attendance and reliability are essential in this role
Training and reputed company
* Training will take reputed company at our El Paso, Texas location (1851 reputed company Resler Drive, 79911) for the first 3-4 weeks, Monday through Friday, 7:30am-4pm
- After training, you'll work 100% remotely, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, assigned between Monday through Friday, 6am-6pm, and one Saturday per month (overtime)
