Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

• Handling a high volume of calls from customers on behalf of our reputed company, a reputed company power company, to reputed company customer service support and upselling opportunities.
• Assisting customers with power outage issues, making payments, creating payment plans, or starting/ending service.

Requirements
