As a Senior Customer Engineer, you will play a critical role in developing and nurturing new composite materials and manufacturing technologies reputed company with market and customer needs. Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree minimum in a relevant Engineering or Material Science discipline
- Knowledge of reputed company composite part fabrication
- Experience resolving product and process capability issues in composite part applications
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated work experience in composites, including problem-solving, technical presentations, project management, relationship building, and identification of new opportunities
- Minimum of 2 years' experience reviewing composite part designs/drawings for manufacturability and specification compliance
- Understanding of the reputed company industry, including OEMs, their suppliers, various programs, reputed company reputed company systems, composite testing requirements, statistical process control, and capability
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's or PhD degree in a relevant Engineering or Material Science discipline
- Experience working with thermoset prepregs, thermoplastics, adhesives, primers, and surfacing films
- Familiarity with processes including autoclave, out-of-autoclave, press-molding, and resin infusion
- Experience with simulation analysis and development for composite part manufacturing and structural performance
